Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a listed entity with multiple group companies exposure. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in handling listed company compliance, group consolidation, investor relations, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the listed entity and group companies
Ensure compliance with SEBI, Stock Exchange, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations
Manage quarterly/annual financial results, board reporting, and investor presentations
Oversee consolidation of financial statements for group companies
Handle treasury, banking, fund management, and working capital optimization
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Coordinate with auditors (statutory, internal, secretarial)
Manage taxation, GST, income tax assessments, and regulatory matters
Drive internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance framework
Support strategic decisions, expansion plans, M&A, and fund raising activities
Required Skills & Experience:
CA qualification is mandatory
15+ years of progressive finance experience
Minimum 5 years in senior leadership role (CFO/Finance Head)
Strong experience in handling Listed Company compliance
Exposure to group companies and financial consolidation
Strong knowledge of IND-AS, SEBI regulations, and Companies Act
Experience in investor relations and board-level presentations
