Oxygen Yoga & Fitness is seeking a confident, sales-driven Studio Sales & Operations Lead to act as the face of our boutique studio.
Candidate should be tech saavy, able work independently, support member questions and lead to close sales conversations with confidence to support prospects into choosing the right membership for their goals.
Hours:
- Up to 20 hours each week to start
- Mostly daytime shifts with weekdays beginning 7:45/8:30/9:00am
- Includes periodic evenings beginning at 4:00pm and weekends 7:30am
- Shifts are 4-6 hours in duration.
- Must be flexible to work all shifts- We are open 7 days a week

Oxygen Yoga & Fitness offers FAR Infrared Hot Yoga & Fitness fusion classes across 150 studios in North America. A boutique studio, with unique variety of classes focusing on member health, inclusion, and community vibes.
This is not a passive front desk role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in day to day operations while managing front desk activity. Must be confident in discussing in person membership pricing, following up with leads, and confidently asking for the sale while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively converting trials, renewing expiring memberships, initiating sales conversations in studio, and follow up strategies.
Execute structured follow-up and proactive outreach to trials, past members, and prospects to drive retention and reactivation.
Act as the face of the studio during shifts by greeting members, reconciling accounts, processing payments, handling inquiries, and maintaining studio cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Operations Leadership & Problem Resolution
Serve as the operations lead during assigned shifts by rectifying escalated member concerns, resolving account issues with professionalism and discretion, and ensuring smooth studio operations during peak or unexpected situations.
- Marketing & Community Engagement
Support in-studio promotions, assist with content collaboration, and represent the studio at outreach events to attract and engage new members
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven success in sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills — confident in starting conversations and closing deals.
- Organized and adaptable with great problem-solving skills.
- Social media experience is an asset.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate booking/payment systems (Mindbody experience is a plus).
- Enthusiastic about health, fitness, and building community connections.
