Channel Sales Operations Associate Analyst - Hybrid

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, you will play a critical role in providing analytical support to the sales team and managing essential dealer workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and distribute recurring sales reports and KPI trackers; compile Point of Purchase (POP) data from dealers to identify and summarize buying trends for leadership.
- Incentive & Pricing Administration: Create and audit sensitive Dealer Bonus Reports with a high degree of precision to ensure accurate financial payouts; validate pricing requests according to margin guidelines.
- Dealer Relationship Support: Serve as the primary contact for the dealer network during sales travel, resolving urgent inquiries and maintaining relationship continuity.
- Order & Inventory Coordination: Coordinate dealer orders via the Extranet and facilitate inventory allocation to ensure accurate fulfillment in line with company guidelines.
- Logistics & Events: Organize logistics for dealer engagements, including travel bookings for the sales team, product training sessions, and large-scale dealer events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gathers and exchanges detailed information with Corporate Accounting for audits, the Credit department for chargebacks, and the Business Planning team for data alignment.
To Succeed, You Will Need
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in corporate business administration.
- Intermediate analytical skills to discover data variances and reconcile differences.
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookup, and If-statements)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to convey factual information with tact and courtesy to various internal departments and dealers.
- Bilingualism in French is considered an asset.

- Compensation Range $57,000-62,000 annually.
