Job Description
- Process renewals accurately and efficiently in line with established procedures.
- Secure, review, and validate newly submitted data within contracts.
- Partner with global teams to test, adapt, and implement process updates within your region.
- Analyze, document, and clearly communicate existing processes to global teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and help eliminate non-selling activities to improve overall sales team productivity.
- Collaborate with sales managers and provide reporting support to key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies and enable greater focus on value-added activities.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sales Operations Analyst Should Have
- A relevant educational background, preferably in business, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role in the Banking & Financial Services industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
