Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer role located in Greater Houston. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee the financial planning, management, and reporting functions of the organization. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to improve financial performance. The CFO will work closely with executive leadership to guide overall financial strategy and contribute to organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning and general Finance management.
- Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry or similar sectors is a plus.
