- Handle compliance, audits & governance
- Cash flow & working capital optimization
- Support expansion & multi-city growth
- Cap table & ESOP structuring
- M&A financial evaluation (if required)
- CA / CFA / MBA Finance
- Experience in capital-intensive business
- Track record of ₹50 Cr+ fundraise
- Strong investor & banking network
- IPO / Pre-IPO readiness exposure
