Reporting to the Head of Sales Force Effectiveness, this role plays a critical part in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organisation through robust analytics, insightful reporting and strong sales operations discipline.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insights, partnering closely with Sales leaders, and driving continuous improvement across sales performance, reporting and incentives.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening sales operations and analytics capability across the business. You will ensure the sales team has timely, accurate and meaningful insights to support fact-based decision making and profitable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving improvements in sales efficiency and effectiveness through best practice sales methodology and operational rigour
- Delivering insightful analysis of merchant, customer and segment performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Developing, owning and enhancing sales reports, dashboards and performance analytics across all segments
- Reviewing and streamlining existing reporting to ensure relevance, efficiency and impact
- Establishing and managing a consistent sales reporting cadence, including target and quota reviews
- Playing a key role in the management and ongoing improvement of the ANZ Sales Incentive Program
- Providing clear performance insights aligned to the sales incentive plan and supporting course-correction where required
- Supporting pricing analytics to enable effective pricing mechanisms and profitable volume growth
- Leading and developing direct reports, fostering a high-performance and insight-led culture
About you
You are an analytical and commercially savvy sales operations professional who thrives on creating clarity from complexity. You’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders and are confident influencing outcomes through data-led insights.
You will bring:
- Strong experience in sales operations, analytics or sales performance roles
- A proven ability to translate data into practical, actionable insights for sales teams and leaders
- Experience building and managing sales dashboards, reports and performance frameworks
- A solid understanding of sales incentives, targets and performance management
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- People leadership experience, with a focus on capability development and performance
