The Opportunity
Are you passionate about turning data into insight, driving commercial performance, and enabling sales teams to win? Join us as a Sales Operations Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our business plans, performs, and grows.
Reporting to the Sales Planning, Analytics & Reporting Manager, you'll partner closely with the Sales Operations Lead and Commissions Manager to deliver high‑quality reporting, improve sales effectiveness, and support data‑driven decision‑making. This is a highly visible role supporting senior leaders and frontline sales teams, helping strengthen our competitive position in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Reporting & Analytics
- Develop, enhance, and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance insights for leadership and sales teams.
- Lead and support sales cadence calls with proactive insights, trends, and action recommendations.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Support
- Assist with forecasting, pipeline health analysis, and performance tracking to highlight risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Support Salesforce CRM administration, ensuring data quality, process compliance, and system enhancements.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and targets, providing analysis and commentary.
- Incentive & Commissions Support
- Partner with GTM leaders and the Commissions Manager to support incentive plan administration and reporting, ensuring clarity and alignment to performance outcomes.
- Sales Operations Planning
- Support planning activities including territory modelling, target setting, headcount planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Identify and drive process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance sales productivity.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with teams across the business to deliver coordinated support for commercial priorities and drive operational alignment.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- 5–8 years’ experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or analytical roles.
- Strong track record in delivering business‑ready reporting, insights, and executive‑level summaries.
- Ability to confidently facilitate meetings and collaborate across senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales metrics, KPIs, and performance drivers.
- Experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), data warehouses, and SQL.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
