We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our growing hotel portfolio, which includes luxury and mid-economy brands.
This role requires a strong financial leader with deep expertise in U.S. accounting standards, tax laws, and financial restructuring, including bankruptcy management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations, reporting, and compliance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Manage cash flow, capital strategy, and cost controls
- Handle financial restructuring and bankruptcy processes (if required)
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and federal/state tax regulations
- Supervise accounting, audit, and tax functions
- Develop financial strategies aligned with business growth
- Present financial reports to ownership and executive leadership
Required Qualifications & Expertise
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial leader
- Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, financial reporting standards, and accounting regulations
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax laws
- Experience managing or advising on bankruptcy and financial restructuring
- Background in hospitality, hotel, or multi-property financial management preferred
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Experience with audits, compliance, and internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred)
