We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who is both a strategic leader and a hands-on builder.
This role is for someone who can define positioning, own pipeline targets, and build a modern go-to-market engine; while still being close enough to execution to launch campaigns, test channels, and optimize performance directly.

What You’ll Own
- Overall marketing strategy and execution
- ICP definition and segmentation
- Positioning and messaging
- Demand generation and outbound GTM programs
- Marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution
- Marketing analytics and performance reporting
- Building and leading the marketing function
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies
- Build and optimize outbound systems (email, LinkedIn, automation)
- Design and operationalize an AI-first marketing engine, leveraging modern tooling (automation, no-code workflows, AI copilots, agentic systems) to increase velocity, experimentation capacity, and ROI across channels.
- Identify, implement, and continuously optimize emerging marketing technologies, including agentic AI workflows for content creation, personalization, campaign optimization, analytics, and growth experimentation.
- Improve conversion rates across the funnel
- Align tightly with sales to ensure pipeline quality and velocity
- Run experiments and iterate quickly
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B marketing or growth roles
- Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue
- Experience with modern lead generation tools and automation platforms such as Clay, , instantly
- Strong understanding of outbound mechanics and deliverability
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Leadership experience building and managing teams
Ideal Profile
You:
- Strategic but highly execution-oriented
- Comfortable owning revenue targets
- Demonstrated experience using AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms (e.g., LLM workflows, prompt systems, Zapier/Make, AI copilots, performance automation tools) to drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts and practical applications; able to design systems where AI agents execute multi-step marketing tasks with human oversight.
- Deeply familiar with modern GTM and lead gen tactic
- Comfortable to be hands-on
- Systems-minded and analytical
Willing to build before you delegate
Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
