As our GTM Associate, you will own the end-to-end customer journey in the UK market. Working directly with the co-CEO and Product Lead, you will deliver high-volume demos, manage seamless onboarding, and drive conversion from trials to paid users. This high-energy generalist role is critical for scaling our impact within the wealth management industry.

What you will do:
- Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations to convert high-volume inbound interest and warm leads into paying customers.
- Own the customer onboarding process to ensure new users reach ""first value"" quickly while building long-term confidence in the platform.
- Launch and run manual experiments across marketing, customer advocacy, and outreach before automating and scaling successful growth strategies.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within consulting, startups, or sales, demonstrating high agency and a grit-focused mentality.
- Is an active AI power user who leverages technology to move 10x faster and amplify their daily output and impact.
- Possesses high learning velocity and coachability, with the ability to quickly master the nuances of the financial advice and wealth management industry.
