Bilingual Sales Operations Specialist with strong experience in
Salesforce, SAP, pricing administration, and master data management . In this role, you will support sales teams by ensuring accurate customer data, pricing integrity, system reliability, and high-quality operational processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer master data and professional profiles in SAP (IRIS) and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain territory assignments to support proper sales alignment and reliable reporting.
- Input and maintain non-contracted pricing for Vision Care and Surgical products in SAP.
- Configure new material pricing and customer-specific pricing based on approved submissions from business and finance teams.
- Prepare and review monthly audit reports, identifying discrepancies and supporting corrective measures to maintain data quality.
- Provide Tier 1 support for Salesforce and SAP users by troubleshooting issues, resolving what you can, and escalating system problems as needed.
- Act as the link between end users, the CRM team, and technical groups to ensure quick resolution of system issues.
- Deliver "train-the-trainer" sessions to introduce new functionalities or system enhancements.
- Develop and update user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
- Follow all internal QMS procedures and organizational guidelines in daily activities.
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM support, Master Data Management, Pricing Administration, or a related commercial operations role.

Practical experience with Salesforce (data maintenance, reporting, user support) is strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of SAP, particularly in pricing or master data; experience with IRIS is an asset.

Strong proficiency in Excel, including data validation, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.

Exceptional attention to detail, with comfort working in environments requiring approvals, controls, and audit documentation.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to support end users and translate technical issues into clear actions.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize between operational incidents and project-based tasks.

Bilingual capability (English/French) required.

Salesforce certifications, ITIL Foundation, SAP credentials, or Excel certifications are considered valuable assets.
