Sales Operations Executive (Non-Sales role)

We’re looking for a proactive, reliable, and positive individual with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with funders, dealers, and customers
- Respond to emails and messages within 24-hour SLAs
- Proactively manage customer orders and expectations
- Work closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners and funders
- Process and check customer documentation
- Coordinate vehicle collections and deliveries
- Identify and escalate complaints to the appropriate team
- Handle daily admin tasks and action reports efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a fast-paced administration or customer service role
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Fast learner who picks up systems and processes quickly
- Confident with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated
