Job Summary:
We’re excited to be recruiting a Chief Financial Officer for a growing FCA-regulated Claims Management Company in the UK. This is a high-impact executive role where the successful candidate will play a critical part in shaping the financial strategy, governance, and long-term growth of the business while operating within a regulated environment. As CFO, you will join the executive team and take responsibility for the company’s financial leadership, including acting as SMF2 – Chief Finance Function under the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading financial strategy and supporting business growth
- Ensuring robust financial governance and regulatory compliance
- Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Managing regulatory financial reporting and capital adequacy
- Partnering with the CEO and Board on strategic decision-making
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial laws in the UK.
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification
- Senior finance leadership experience
- Experience in an FCA-regulated business
- Strong knowledge of regulatory financial controls and reporting
- The ability to operate strategically at board level
