OneCommute is seeking a CEO Associate to work directly with the founder and leadership team on operations, strategic initiatives, and business growth.
This role is designed for a highly motivated early-career professional who wants a front-row seat to how a technology company operates. The position provides exposure to company strategy, product development, client engagement, marketing, and business development.
You will work directly with the CEO to help drive execution across the company while gaining experience in multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution
- Support the CEO in managing daily operational priorities
- Coordinate projects across internal teams
- Identify product marketing strategies
- Review reporting needs
Strategic Initiatives
- Assist with business planning and growth initiatives
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, and opportunities
Business Development
- Support proposal preparation and contract development
- Assist with enterprise and government RFP submissions
Client & Partner Coordination
- Help prepare materials for client meetings and conferences
- Support relationship management with partners and customers
Systems & Data
- Assist with Salesforce CRM management
- Maintain internal operational systems and documentation

- Highly organized and analytical

- Interested in startups, consulting, or entrepreneurship
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–3 years experience
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Project management software familiarity
