Company Description
Warshauer Woodward Atkins is a plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Atlanta. We handle catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases — medical malpractice, birth injury, defective products, and similar serious matters. We work on contingency, meaning our clients pay nothing unless we win. We've recovered millions of dollars for injured people and their families, and that's what we're here to do.
The Job
We need someone to run this place.
Not practice law — we have lawyers for that. Everything else is yours. You'll be the person who makes sure the firm functions: staff hired, trained, supervised, and when necessary, let go. You'll track down the partner who hasn't filed his expense report and the associate who forgot to log her mileage. You'll manage the building — scheduling the cleaning crew, the lawn service, getting the parking lot sealed when it needs it, and coordinating repairs when something breaks.
You'll also work with the partners on the business side of running a law firm. That means helping think through whether a potential case makes financial sense, what we're giving up by taking it, and where resources should go. You'll manage marketing and social media. You'll handle vendors, budgets, and the day-to-day decisions that keep a professional office running smoothly.
If it's not practicing law, it's probably your job.
Who We're Looking For
Someone who has actually done this — or something close to it. We don't require a particular degree. If you've managed operations for a professional services firm, a medical practice, a law firm, or any organization where you were the person who made things run, we want to hear from you.
You should be comfortable telling a senior person they need to complete their paperwork. You should be the kind of person who notices when something needs to be fixed before anyone else does. You should be organized, direct, and not easily rattled.
This is a full-time, in-office position in Atlanta. We're not offering remote or hybrid work. We need someone present.
