About you:
You’re someone who enjoys turning data into insight and enabling teams to make smarter decisions. You bring strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work confidently across systems and teams. You’re proactive, curious, and motivated by improving processes and supporting business performance.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
Create and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that track key revenue and sales metrics.
Analyse sales performance and deliver insights that support leadership decision‑making.
Maintain data quality across systems, resolving inconsistencies and ensuring accurate pipeline health.
Build or enhance automated workflows and reporting models that simplify processes and reduce manual work.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
2+ years of hands‑on HubSpot CRM experience, including workflow creation, automation, audits, and multi‑platform data synchronisation; advanced Excel skills and strong understanding of database management, with preferred SQL knowledge.
Experience working within sales or revenue operations, supporting pipeline management and forecasting, translating data into clear insights, and maintaining data quality through regular system audits.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively across teams, and deliver clear training or documentation to support new processes and tools.
A detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑paced environments, communicates complex information clearly, and works confidently both independently and with others.
