Our sales environment is quote-based and often influenced by our dealers’ end users - so targeting, segmentation, follow-up workflows, and clean CRM execution matter.
The role
We’re hiring a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager (HubSpot) - Sales Ops / RevOps - to own the revenue operating system that drives quote-to-PO conversion in our B2B dealer channel. You are the HubSpot system owner and the enforcement layer for sales execution: pipeline stages, required fields, decision dates, checkpoint tasks, quote aging, task queues, dashboards, and daily/weekly scoreboards.
This is not a “brand” role. It is not a “social media only” role. It is a revenue-focused execution role. Your job is to turn dealer engagement and pipeline signals into actionable follow-up for inside sales and to keep the team operating inside a repeatable cadence.
What you’ll do
Segmentation & targeting (core function)
- Build and maintain customer segments using buying behavior and engagement (recency, frequency, product affinity, seasonality, win-back/reactivation candidates).
- Turn segments into targeted campaign plans and call lists that sales can act on immediately.
Outbound list building (Apollo.io)
- Use Apollo to build, enrich, and clean prospect lists (dealers/trade accounts and priority verticals).
- Maintain data quality: decision-makers, titles, duplicates, territory tags, suppression lists.
HubSpot ownership (3+ years required)
- Act as the primary HubSpot operator/administrator.
- Build and maintain lists, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, routing, task queues, and dashboards.
- Ensure tracking is clean and reporting is reliable and quick to produce (not hours/day of manual work).
Database marketing (Constant Contact)
- Own execution of our dealer database email campaigns (promotions, reactivation, seasonal pushes).
- Manage list hygiene, deliverability, bounces, and segmentation within Constant Contact.
- Pull engagement data (opens/clicks) and feed it back into targeting and HubSpot workflows.
Performance reporting
- Report on campaign performance and segment performance with clear metrics tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes (not vanity stats).
- Identify what’s working and what needs to change (targeting, message, offer, follow-up logic).
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience (lists, segmentation, reporting, lifecycle stages, routing/workflows).
- 3-6 years in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or revenue-adjacent marketing execution.
- Experience using Apollo.io (or similar prospecting/enrichment tool).
- Experience running campaigns in Constant Contact (or similar email platform).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets (filters, pivots, basic analysis).
- Able to work 100% in-person in North York.
Preferred
- Dealer/distributor/trade-channel experience.
- Manufacturing/wholesale experience.
- Comfortable working closely with sales in a fast-moving environment.
