About the Role
Business Operations Manager
St Aloysius’ College is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to provide high‑level executive and operational support across the Business Operations portfolio.
Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Business Operations Manager will deliver professional administrative, organisational, and strategic support, playing a critical role in forward planning, managing key relationships, coordinating communication, and overseeing projects to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Business Operations Office.
They will also oversee and track the progress of strategic projects, ensuring milestones are met, and will lead the development and implementation of administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency across the Business Operations portfolio and the College more broadly.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, sound judgement, initiative, and a commitment to confidentiality while engaging with staff, parents, Board members, and external stakeholders.
