Role Description:
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as part of the Business Operations function, you will be responsible for supporting our existing partners that leverage our Wallet, Payments and Commerce services.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Marketing, to support the efficient operation of our platform and partner network. You will assist with the day-to-day operational tasks, including managing administrative processes, onboarding partners, and supporting our field testing program. You will also be managing enquiries that relate to onboarding, reporting, billing and customer care.
- This is a collaborative, hands-on role with a focus on detail and the ability to engage both internally and externally.
- To be successful in this role, you will need to be a great communicator and have exceptional attention to detail
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Assist in onboarding new partners to the platform, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and systems are set up
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely partner onboarding
- Provide partners with clear instructions and resources to facilitate platform onboarding
- Handle day-to-day partner support and compliance requirements, including escalations and billing enquiries
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting
