As an Operations Graduate, you’ll have a pivotal role in supporting our service centre network—driving operational excellence, improving processes, and building the future of our customer experience.
What will I be doing?
As part of our Auto Operations team, you’ll rotate through three key areas over the two-year program, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to initiatives that drive efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
Some teams you could be working with include:
- Field Operations – experience frontline operations firsthand. You’ll contribute to key customer-facing metrics and help drive customer satisfaction.
- Central Operations – working in our Centre of Excellence to identify, promote, and embed guidelines across critical operational areas such as Customer Delight, Total Net Conversion, Technical Excellence, Quality Management, and Process Improvement.
- Footprint and Property – work with our property team to support the development and management of our national property portfolio across the AutoGlass network - playing a vital role in business growth.
Who we’re looking for
To be eligible for this role, you must have graduated, or expect to graduate with a Bachelors degree in any subject area ready for a July 2026 start. You must also have the right to work in the Australia for the duration of our programme.
You don’t have to have studied a particular degree to join us, but there are certain characteristics we value in our candidates.
