The Director of IS Business Operations & Performance will provide strategic leadership for IS business operations, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and collaboration across teams and in alignment with organizational priorities.
This role will oversee planning, alignment, and performance management while driving continuous improvement through operational insights and metrics. Leads cross-team communication and coordination initiatives that enhance transparency, collaboration, and execution across the department.
Partners with organizational leaders to inform decision-making, optimize resources, and support workforce development, including oversight of the IS Internship Program.

- Provides strategic leadership for day‑to‑day IS business operations, ensuring coordination, workflow efficiency, and alignment between infrastructure, applications, support teams, and organizational priorities.
- Directs strategic oversight and management of all IT business operations, including planning, resource alignment, and performance management.
- Leads performance improvement efforts focused on operational efficiency, workflow standardization, service quality, and effective use of resources.
- Oversees creation of operational performance reports, integrating metrics, resource utilization trends, contract activity, and activity insights to support departmental planning and continuous improvement.
- Leads cross-team communication strategies and operational forums to strengthen collaboration, transparency, and execution across the department.
- Partners with finance to support planning, forecasting, and informed decision-making, including monitoring key initiatives and identifying trends impacting operations.
- Oversees the IS Internship Program, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure a high-quality learning experience that aligns with departmental goals and develops future IT talent.
- Ensures adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and standards of conduct.
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development.
