Role: Business Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX
Salary Range: 83k-136k + bonus + equity
TeleCloud helps multifamily property owners and operators increase NOI by consolidating telecom services across their portfolios. We manage phone, internet, and carrier services through a single vendor, single bill model that reduces costs and operational complexity.
TeleCloud is currently in a growth phase and expanding the number of installations we support each month. We are hiring a Business Operations Manager to help manage this growth and oversee telecom installations across multifamily properties.
This role is responsible for coordinating installations from start to finish, working with carriers, customers, onsite teams, and TeleCloud’s internal technical staff to ensure deployments are completed on time and within scope. Because we are scaling quickly, this role will also help design and improve the operational systems, processes, and tracking frameworks that support the scaling of our installation operations.

Responsibilities
- Own the operational performance of telecom installation deployments across multiple multifamily properties, targeting 9.5/10 customer satisfaction across key customer touchpoints.
- Manage installation operations to identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that increase deployment reliability and throughput.
- Lead cross-functional coordination between carriers, customers, onsite teams, and TeleCloud technical staff to ensure installations progress efficiently and operational blockers are resolved.
- Design and improve the operational systems, tracking frameworks, and workflows used to manage installations as deployment volume scales.
- Develop operational reporting and visibility into installation progress, risks, and performance.
- Build and refine the operational playbooks and processes that support TeleCloud’s growing installation operations.
- Ensure installations meet TeleCloud quality standards and customer expectations while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, telecom, infrastructure deployments, or similar operational roles
- Experience driving execution across multiple stakeholders including vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and structured problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent installations or operational initiatives in a fast paced environment
- Comfort analyzing operational processes and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reliability
- Experience using tools such as Claude or similar AI systems to improve productivity, analysis, or workflows is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
