Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist
Location: Saint Louis, Missouri
Pay Rate: Up to $38–$40/hr
Position Type / Duration: 6 months to start, with extensions expected

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Technology Adoption Specialist to serve as a key link between technology and the sales organization. In this role, you will drive adoption, provide training, and support the effective use of CRM platforms, mobile solutions, and content management tools. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll empower users, anticipate business needs, and help improve sales operations through seamless technology adoption. This role requires technical aptitude, excellent communication, and the agility to adapt as organizational priorities evolve.
Responsibilities:
- Lead adoption strategies to maximize engagement with CRM and content management platforms.
- Develop and deliver training through team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and inbox support.
- Monitor system usage and identify opportunities to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with Sales Process, Systems, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams on initiatives and priorities.
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and project documentation.
- Support system testing and deployment by providing detailed feedback.
- Communicate system updates, changes, and priorities clearly to stakeholders.
- Anticipate evolving business needs and adjust support strategies accordingly.
- Manage content updates, newsletters, and communications related to sales systems.
- Provide responsive user support to ensure confidence and proficiency among sales team members.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with experience training diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, content management platforms, and mobile tools.
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies is a plus.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective partnerships.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic business environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
