Role Description
The Techno-Functional CX/CPQ Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, integrating solutions, and conducting functional testing to support customer experience (CX) and configure, price, quote (CPQ) systems. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical capabilities. The analyst will play a key role in optimizing solutions for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO.

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with Business Process analysis and optimization
- Proficiency in Functional Testing and validating system processes
- Ability to support and manage software Integration and ensure cohesive workflows
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant experience with CX and CPQ platforms, such as Salesforce or similar tools, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
