RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Chesterfield, MO that is seeking a Salesforce CPQ Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce CPQ Feasibility & Architecture:
- Review and assess proposed Salesforce CPQ solution approaches
- Validate feasibility of complex product configuration, pricing, and rule logic within Salesforce CPQ
- Clearly articulate what Salesforce CPQ can support vs. where constraints or tradeoffs exist
- Recommend CPQ architectural patterns aligned with Salesforce best practices
CPQ + SAP Integration Guidance:
- Advise on CPQ integration patterns with SAP, with strong preference for experience integrating: Salesforce CPQ/SAP; Salesforce CPQ/SAP Variant Configurator
- Validate alignment between CPQ design and downstream SAP configuration and pricing logic
- Identify risks, assumptions, and integration considerations early
Design Challenge & Direction:
- Challenge assumptions and designs constructively to avoid downstream rework
- Provide pragmatic guidance to balance business requirements with CPQ platform constraints
- Help the team converge on viable, supportable design decisions
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with: Product Owner; Salesforce CPQ Admin; SAP configuration experts
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Support working sessions and design discussions as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep, hands on experience as a Salesforce CPQ Architect or Senior CPQ SME
- Prior experience designing Salesforce CPQ integrations with ERP's and CPQ solutions for complex products and pricing models
- Strong understanding of: Salesforce CPQ product rules, pricing rules, bundles, and advanced configurations
- Ability to evaluate designs without needing to execute builds
Strongly Preferred:
- Prior experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with SAP
- Experience with or exposure to SAP Variant Configurator
- Background working in environments with highly configurable, rules driven products
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
