Responsibilities:
Deployment Leader (Oracle CPQ Project Manager)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle CPQ to lead digital transformation initiatives across countries and business streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead one or more project streams under the guidance of the E2E Transformation Leader – Digital, following established deployment methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with the E2E Solution Team to perform as-is assessments and gap analyses between current IT/process landscapes and target states, and drive resolution actions.
- Deliver all project phases (gates, activities, deliverables) through to project closure.
- Define legacy application decommissioning plans in alignment with target application rollouts and adoption strategies).
- Coordinate data and integration preparation (E2E flow) with teams.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with teams and provide extended support before and after go-live.
- Escalate risks and critical issues to the E2E Transformation Leader – Digital for resolution support.
- Support data analysis for performance baselines and KPIs in line with the Value Realization framework.
- Assist in defining KPI targets in collaboration with business and country stakeholders.
- Provide temporary extended support post go-live (typically up to 3 months) for issue resolution and hot fixes.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Delivery, Program/Project Management, or Consulting.
- Strong foundation in ERP technologies (SAP & Oracle) and integration frameworks.
- Hands-on knowledge of CPQ and Service Execution platforms (especially Oracle and Salesforce).
- Business Analyst experience is a plus.
- Proven track record in large-scale business and digital transformation projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence across all organizational levels in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of Services Business, Digital Customer Relationship, or UNIFY transformations is highly desirable.
