Role: Revenue Operations Executive
We are looking for a
Revenue Operations Executive to support Kolo’s revenue engine through strong financial operations, reporting, and data tracking. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, Excel, revenue data, and process-driven execution.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting, smooth revenue operations, and better visibility into collections and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day revenue operations processes
- Track revenue collections and maintain accurate records
- Prepare reports and dashboards related to revenue performance
- Work extensively on Excel for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting
- Identify gaps, errors, or inconsistencies in revenue and collections data
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely updates and reconciliations
- Support process improvement initiatives across finance and revenue workflows
- Generate actionable insights from revenue data and analytics
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Good understanding of data handling, reporting, and revenue analytics
Preferred Educational Background
- BBA / B.Tech / B.Com / MBA
- Candidates with a finance background are also a good fit
