Position Summary
The Director of Club Performance and Revenue Operations is responsible for driving revenue growth and financial discipline, managing the corporate general managers, and overseeing operational performance across Pickleplex’s corporate clubs and broader franchise network. Reporting to the CEO, this role makes sure every club has clear performance targets, disciplined sales processes, and strong financial accountability.
Core Mandate: Drive Club Performance & Revenue Growth
- Active management of sales funnels and CRM pipelines across the system
- Direct oversight of corporate club financial performance and accountability
- Clear KPI tracking and reporting across all clubs
- Development of scalable playbooks for revenue growth
- Growth of key revenue verticals, including events, leagues, tournaments, lessons, merchandise, and business advertising
- Translation of corporate club best practices into franchise operations
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Club P&L Ownership
- Hold direct accountability for the financial performance of all corporate clubs
- Establish disciplined budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and optimize revenue drivers, including growth of key revenue verticals, including events, leagues, tournaments, lessons, merchandise, and business advertising
- Improve court utilization and yield per court hour
Sales Funnel & Pipeline Management
- Oversee and optimize all sales pipelines managed through Pickleplex’s CRM
- Ensure leads are actively followed up by club teams and franchise partners
- Track conversion across beginner acquisition, corporate events, tournaments, leagues, lessons, and memberships
- Develop dashboards to monitor performance across the network
Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy
- Identify opportunities to expand revenue across events, leagues, tournaments, lessons, merchandise, and business advertising
- Develop scalable sales playbooks for clubs
- Implement structured processes to increase bookings and utilization
Club Performance Accountability
- Establish weekly and monthly performance reviews with club general managers
- Ensure each club operates with clear revenue and activity targets
- Monitor daily and weekly KPIs across the organization
Programming & Coaching Optimization
- Standardize programming structures across clubs
- Review coaching compensation models and lesson structures
- Ensure programs align with player demand and skill levels
Corporate-to-Franchise Knowledge Transfer
- Translate successful corporate club practices into franchise playbooks
- Support franchise partners in growing sales performance and club economics
- Ensure best practices are consistently implemented across the system
