About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our growing manufacturing business. This role requires strong expertise in financial planning, cost control, compliance, and banking relationships within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee costing, profitability analysis, and financial reporting
• Manage banking relationships, working capital, and credit facilities
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audits
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and expansion plans
Requirements
• 4–5 years of experience as a CFO in a manufacturing company
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing banking relationships and capital planning
• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
