Role: Business Operations Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Business Operations Analyst to help design and improve
internal processes across support, implementation, account management, and training. You will
work closely with the Director of Operations on strategic internal projects, building systems,
automations, and AI tools that improve efficiency across teams.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze and improve operational workflows across customer-facing teams
● Develop and implement internal AI tools (e.g., chatbots, knowledge assistants)
● Create dashboards, reports, and documentation to support operational decisions
● Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve team efficiency
● Support cross-functional operational projects with leadership
Requirements
● MBA
● 1–4 years experience in Operations/ Strategy/ Product Ops
● Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (analysis, dashboards, data handling)
● Familiarity with AI tools such as OpenAI / Claude and their practical applications in
workflows
● Experience with JIRA and awareness of project management tools (Asana, ClickUp,
Monday, Notion, etc.)
● Strong problem solving and structured thinking
● Comfort working with data, dashboards, and internal systems
● High ownership mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
● Experience with CRM or support tools
● Experience building internal tools or automation workflows
