Key Responsibilities
To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
To understand the Oracle BOM and validate the fitment to customer requirements.
Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners, internal stakeholders & customers
Create internal design configuration documentation including data flow & technical diagrams with explanations
Work with Oracle Support & Product Management to provide feedback on issues with current products/services.
Create technical designs for bespoke solutions
Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to customers
To assume responsibility for running a bid team, whenever required.
Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery
Candidate Profile
In depth technical and functional understanding on the below. Minimum hands on experience of 3 years with at least 2 of the below cloud products are mandatory.
