Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Sales Operations, based in Alexandria, VA, with flexibility for some remote work. This role involves overseeing and optimizing sales processes to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, driving CRM adoption, facilitating collaboration between sales and other departments, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness. The Director will also lead and manage the sales operations team, establish performance benchmarks, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Forecasting, and Pipeline Management
- Experience with CRM Systems, Sales Analytics, and Process Improvement
- Leadership capabilities, including inspiring and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in sales or sales operations within the AEC or technology industry is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Technical proficiency and adaptability to various digital tools and platforms
