Wenham Carter is conducting a retained search for a Chief Financial Officer to join an established, rapidly growing Cyber business entering an exciting new phase. This is an opportunity to join a highly successful business at an important inflection point and play a significant role in shaping its next chapter of IPO readiness.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially minded finance CFO who can operate as a true partner to the CEO and leadership team, while bringing the structure, discipline and insight required to support continued international growth.

The CFO will have broad influence across the business, helping strengthen financial operations, improve performance visibility and build the capabilities required for the company's next stage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the CEO, leadership team and Board on business strategy.
- Driving a strong culture of performance, accountability and data-led decision-making.
- Developing scalable FP&A and financial planning processes.
- Using technology, automation and AI to improve finance efficiency and insight.
- Leading a sophisticated international finance operation.
- Supporting growth initiatives, expansion and strategic investments.
- Strengthening financial controls, governance and operational processes.
- Supporting corporate development and integration activity.
- Building, developing and retaining a high-performing finance team.
- Supporting long-term capital and strategic planning.
What we're looking for:
- Significant CFO leadership experience in Cybersecurity or SaaS (must have)
- Proven IPO and Public company experience (must have)
- Experience leading global financial organizations in high-growth environment (must have)
- Strong commercial finance and FP&A expertise (must have)
- Experience operating internationally across multiple entities (must have)
- Exposure to complex business transformation and/or M&A.
- Strong strategic and analytical capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- The confidence to challenge constructively at CEO and Board level.
- A hands-on, energetic and highly accountable leadership style.
