About the Role

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Data & Systems Analyst to help build and scale the data and analytics foundation that powers our go-to-market organization. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, analytics, and systems strategy, and is responsible for delivering the reporting, insights, and operational visibility that support forecasting, pipeline management, and executive decision-making.
This position will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to ensure our revenue teams have reliable data, actionable insights, and scalable reporting infrastructure. While our Salesforce Administrators manage CRM configuration and automation, this role focuses on the analytics and reporting layer that enables our leadership team to understand performance and drive strategic decisions.
This role will help strengthen the company's broader revenue intelligence capabilities by improving the data frameworks, reporting systems, and operational insights that guide go-to-market strategy. The role will also support broader revenue operations initiatives focused on improving the end-to-end revenue lifecycle and ensuring leadership has the visibility needed to drive predictable and scalable growth. This role serves as the analytics and intelligence layer supporting HSI's go-to-market operating model and revenue growth strategy.
This is a hybrid role and will require the successful candidate to work from the Company's Frisco, Texas office 3 days/week.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Analytics and Reporting
• Build and maintain pipeline, funnel, and revenue performance dashboards
• Deliver executive-level reporting and insights on pipeline health, sales productivity, and revenue trends
• Analyze stage conversion, deal velocity, and win-rate performance to surface actionable insights
• Support forecasting inputs and revenue planning through structured pipeline and performance analytics
• Research and analyze industry benchmarks and GTM performance trends to support strategic planning
• Assist in building and maintaining analytics that support forecasting accuracy and revenue planning.
Data Infrastructure and Governance
• Partner with Salesforce administrators to ensure accurate data structure and reporting logic
• Improve data consistency and reporting standards across GTM teams
• Design scalable reporting frameworks that support global revenue teams
• Partner with Customer Success to support renewal visibility and reporting across the customer lifecycle
• Document key metrics definitions and reporting methodologies
• Help ensure the integrity, quality, and usability of customer and prospect data used for revenue reporting and analytics
• Collaborate on the GTM data model to ensure CRM object relationships support multi-touch attribution and complex funnel snapshots.
Operational Insights and GTM Support
• Provide data insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve pipeline performance and operational efficiency
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving revenue reporting and performance tracking
• Automate recurring reporting workflows and improve access to data across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting frameworks with broader revenue strategy initiatives
• Analyze pipeline health and funnel performance to identify opportunities for improved conversion and revenue growth
Emerging Revenue Intelligence and AI Enablement (Nice to Have)
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI-assisted analytics tools and automated insights platforms
• Support exploration of AI-driven pipeline risk detection and revenue intelligence capabilities
• Help integrate emerging analytics technologies that improve revenue visibility and reporting efficiency
• Provide analytical support across RevOps platforms and GTM systems to improve reporting accuracy and operational visibility
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with a deep understanding of revenue operations and go-to-market metrics. You enjoy transforming raw data into clear insights and building dashboards that tell the story of pipeline performance and revenue growth. Candidates should be comfortable analyzing pipeline metrics and translating data into actionable recommendations that improve sales performance.
Required Experience
• 1-3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Analytics environments
• Strong experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks for pipeline, funnel, and revenue performance metrics
• Experience building dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Experience working with structured datasets, automated data flows, or BI data models
• Experience building automated reporting workflows or working with data pipelines that support analytics and reporting
• Experience designing scalable reporting frameworks used by leadership for pipeline visibility and GTM performance insights
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce (or similar) in a reporting or analytics capacity
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets data analysis skills
• Demonstrated experience analyzing pipeline health and funnel performance to identify actionable revenue insights
• Strong understanding of core GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, win rates, deal velocity, and sales productivity
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear business insights and operational recommendations for stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps leadership
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with SQL or querying structured datasets
• Experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
• Experience with modern RevTech platforms such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar
• Exposure to AI-assisted analytics tools, automated insights platforms, or revenue intelligence technologies
• Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology organizations
