Role Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, governance, and long-term value creation. The role requires a finance leader with 15–20 years of progressive experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to partner with the CEO and Board to support growth, profitability, and risk management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and implement the overall financial strategy and operating framework aligned with the company’s business goals
- Manage and execute the entire P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow of the organization
- Work closely with business heads to support growth initiatives, investments, pricing strategies, and profitability improvement
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring achievement through effective resource allocation
- Evaluate financial and operational challenges, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies and value-creation opportunities
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury, and statutory compliance in line with applicable regulations and standards
- Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and audit processes to ensure transparency and financial integrity
- Drive working capital optimization, liquidity management, and capital expenditure planning
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, regulators, and financial institutions
- Lead and implement financial systems, policies, and processes across accounting, controls, compliance, and reporting
- Build, lead, and mentor the finance team to support business growth and decision-making
- Develop the organizational structure, talent roadmap, and performance culture within the finance function
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline required
- Professional qualification such as CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 15+ years of experience in finance and business management, with significant leadership exposure
