Location: Birmingham, Rochester, and Sterling Heights Michigan
Lucido Fine Jewelry is seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead and strengthen our finance and accounting function. This is a key leadership role responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash forecasting, banking relationships, payroll oversight, and the delivery of clear business insights to ownership. The CFO will partner closely with senior leadership while also staying connected to the day-to-day financial operations of a growing, multi-location business.
The ideal candidate brings strong financial leadership, sound business judgment, and the ability to balance strategy with execution. This person will oversee the finance and accounting team, improve reporting cadence and visibility, strengthen controls and reconciliations, and help drive financial performance across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Lead all core finance and accounting activities across the organization
- Provide regular financial reporting and insights to ownership and executive leadership
- Develop and oversee budgets, cash forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Manage banking relationships, covenant reporting, ACH and wire activity, and positive pay oversight
- Oversee payroll processing and review commission reporting for key store locations
- Ensure accurate account reconciliations and timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team through strong oversight and cross-training
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide practical recommendations to support business decisions
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- CPA, MBA, or other relevant credential strongly preferred
- Strong progressive leadership experience in finance or accounting
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, reconciliations, payroll oversight, and banking relationships
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting or ERP systems such as QuickBooks
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced business environment
- Prior experience in a multi-location retail, luxury, consumer, or similar operating environment is strongly preferred

Work Location
This role will require regular presence at the Birmingham and Rochester, Michigan, locations, particularly during onboarding and the transition into the role, with the opportunity for greater flexibility once established.
