Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer, based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for some work-from-home arrangements. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all aspects of financial operations, including financial planning, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising on strategic financial decisions to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting
- Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and general Finance principles
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data and inform decision-making
- Experience managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Proficiency with financial software and systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA certification is preferred
- Effective leadership and strategic decision-making abilities
