Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Sales Officer, based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for remote work. The Chief Sales Officer will lead and oversee the sales strategies of the organization, setting goals and ensuring their achievement. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, conducting training programs for the sales team, and fostering strong team dynamics. The role requires close collaboration with other executive leaders to align sales strategies with company objectives and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
- Experience in Training and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong skills in Team Management and leadership
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the retail or luxury goods industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analytics tools
