Business Operations Analyst (Memphis, TN)
Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare company, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to lead a critical, institution-wide lab instrument inventory initiative and support operational projects. While the primary focus is on business analysis, data collection, reporting, and dashboards, the role may also involve assisting with technical instrument onboarding as needed. This inventory initiative will provide valuable insights and operational efficiency across the organization.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:
- 3–5 years in business operations, data analysis, or related IT environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s or certifications a plus).
- Advanced in Excel.
- Working knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI a plus).
- Project management principles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with IT operations and key performance metrics.
- Experience with report and dashboard creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
- Experience with methodical documentation; extremely detail oriented.
