About The Role
We are looking for someone to own go-to-market efforts for the Vision team's products — including the Akshar Platform, Document Intelligence APIs, and Vision APIs. This is a GTM-focused role with some product exposure. You will be the bridge between our clients and our engineering team: demoing products, following up with leads, supporting enterprise clients post-sale, and channelling market feedback back to the team. You will work closely with the API GTM team, Sales team, and Product team across the organisation.
This is a great role for someone early in their career who is excited about AI, comfortable talking to clients, and eager to develop both GTM and product instincts in a fast-moving startup.
What You'll Do
Go-to-Market
- Demo the Akshar Platform, Vision APIs, and Document Intelligence APIs to prospective clients across enterprise and SMB segments.
- Connect prospective clients with the appropriate tools, documentation, and dashboard access.
- Represent the Vision team in client calls — follow up with leads, track RFPs, and coordinate with the API GTM and Sales teams.
- Support enterprise clients on the Akshar Platform — address issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
Product & Feedback
- Collect and synthesise client and market feedback into actionable feature requests for the engineering team, through both formal channels (tickets, briefs) and informal relay.
- Develop a working understanding of the Vision team's products and technical capabilities to hold credible client conversations.
- Identify patterns in client needs and market sentiment that can inform product priorities.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you will be client-facing regularly.
- Comfortable demoing technical products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Able to navigate API dashboards, documentation, and basic developer tools — no coding required, but comfort in technical environments is essential.
- Organised and proactive — able to manage multiple client threads, follow-ups, and RFPs simultaneously.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and a willingness to learn the product deeply.
- 1–3 years of experience in GTM, product, sales, solutions, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or AI/ML company.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, RFP processes, or account management.
- Experience translating client feedback into product requirements or feature requests.
- Exposure to API products or developer-facing platforms.
- Exposure to vision-related products.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
