This pivotal role in the Founder's Office acts as a direct extension of the founders, with a focus on swiftly expanding the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) approach. The successful candidate will lead the GTM strategy, ensure rigorous execution, and promote collaboration across functions, prioritizing the scaling of systems, teams, and results over direct customer engagement. As a crucial leader, you will share responsibility for results with a team of over 15 individuals in Business Development and Revenue Operations, playing an active role in managing, hiring, mentoring, and scaling multi-tiered GTM teams (including both managers and individual contributors). It is essential to work closely with GTM leadership in Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to establish an efficient, reliable, and repeatable GTM engine.

- Oversee the complete Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, seamlessly combining outbound efforts, branding, and partnerships into a unified go-to-market (GTM) approach
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the GTM funnel using data analysis and collaboration across teams
- Convert ambitious growth objectives into practical operating rhythms, performance metrics, and continuous improvement processes
- Facilitate daily pipeline assessments, team stand-ups, and operational rhythms for both the outbound and Revenue Operations teams
- Create and enhance reporting frameworks, playbooks, and performance indicators to support real-time improvements and scalable growth
- Attract, mentor, and expand multi-tiered GTM teams, including supervisory and individual contributor roles
- Promote a culture of accountability, execution discipline, and ownership within GTM departments
- Advance GTM operational benchmarks through process enhancements, clarity, and regular operational rhythms
- Offer structured problem-solving, research, and analysis to aid in strategic decisions by founders
- Compile detailed briefs, narratives, and recommendations for discussions with leadership
- Ensure prompt and responsible follow-through on essential strategic initiatives
- Actively address urgent business requirements, especially during uncertain or transitional periods
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of progressive experience within a Founder's Office, GTM leadership, strategy, management consulting, venture capital, or as a startup founder
- Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution (e.g., IIT, BITS Pilani)
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing multi-tiered GTM teams (comprising both managers and individual contributors)
- Proven capability in first-principles thinking alongside strong practical execution skills
- Outstanding project management abilities and a proactive approach to problem resolution
- Direct experience scaling GTM initiatives through various growth stages (from 0-1 or 1-10)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex strategies to diverse groups
- A strong sense of ownership with a proactive orientation towards results and actions
- Willingness to work across US time zones, including late IST hours as necessary
