Position Overview:
Premium Merchant Funding is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily operations, sales tracking, and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment and enjoys working closely with sales teams, data, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly sales reports
- Monitor and follow up on submissions within the sales pipeline
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports for sales representatives
- Post and repurpose company content on LinkedIn
- Extract and organize data from CRM systems for outreach campaigns
- Track and analyze campaign response metrics
- Manage day-to-day reminders and task coordination
- Prepare and set up materials for daily morning meetings
- Assist in organizing and supporting monthly internal team meetings and presentations
- Optimize calendars and scheduling for efficiency and productivity
- Review pipeline activity to identify cross-sell and alternative product opportunities
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic content management
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
