What You'll Own
You're not joining a GTM team. You're building it.
- GTM strategy from zero: Define ICPs, segments, and messaging that convert staffing executives. Own the entire funnel.
- Revenue engine: Design and execute a repeatable motion combining outbound, events, and digital campaigns. Our sales cycle is 3 weeks, your job is to scale that.
- Partnerships: Build co-marketing and integration relationships with ATS vendors (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Avionté, Tracker) and staffing software providers.
- Demand generation: Launch targeted campaigns, case studies, and content that positions AI as a revenue multiplier for staffing agencies, not a threat.
- Infrastructure: Build the CRM pipelines, reporting, and systems that support rapid scaling.
- Product feedback loop: Bring customer insights directly into product development and positioning. You'll work with the CEO daily.
Who We're Looking For
- You've built or scaled GTM at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in staffing tech, ATS, or HR software.
- You're a hybrid operator, equally comfortable running outbound sales, writing campaign copy, and building CRM workflows.
- You understand staffing, buyer pain points, vendor ecosystems, how agencies actually make decisions.
- You're high-agency, no playbook, no team yet, you build from zero and figure it out.
- You can sell AI to a traditional industry, blending storytelling with data to close enterprise deals faster.
Bonus: Existing relationships within ATS and staffing vendor networks.
Not required: A specific number of years. We care about what you've built, not your title history.
