The Role
We’re looking for a driven and strategic GTM (Go-To-Market) Manager to lead one of our high‑impact Go‑To‑Market teams. In this role, you’ll manage a group of GTM (Go-To-Market) Partners and Executives within a key territory - coaching, developing, and driving results through new client acquisition and long‑term client partnerships.
If you're passionate about leadership, building strong books of business, and influencing commercial outcomes across enterprise clients, this role offers a high‑growth path within a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment. This is a dual role: you will maintain and grow your own book of business and be directly accountable for your individual revenue and margin performance, while also leading the team to achieve their targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop 2–4 GTM Partners and Executives to build high performing pods that deliver on annual revenue and growth objectives.
- Maintain and grow your own book of business by owning your assigned territory—driving client engagement, new business generation, and account expansion—while meeting individual revenue and margin targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior and executive‑level stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to building a robust book of business by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing client partnerships, and maintaining strong deal quality and margin discipline.
- Develop and execute territory GTM plans to achieve committed revenue and margin outcomes.
- Identify and close new client opportunities, partnering closely with your team to ensure strong execution.
- Create and execute strategies to grow service revenue and increase awareness of Tundra’s full GTM offerings.
- Lead client meetings (independently and alongside your GTM team) to position Tundra as a long‑term strategic partner.
- Set, track, and manage performance goals to ensure accountability and results across the team.
- Report regularly on GTM activity, pipeline health, revenue progress, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Recruitment Managers, Delivery Directors, and other GTM leaders) to ensure alignment and execution across pods and verticals.
Who You Are
- You have a proven track record as a high‑performing GTM, Account, or Commercial Leader within the staffing or recruitment industry, with 5+ years of experience.
- You have experience leading, coaching, or mentoring client‑facing commercial professionals.
- You consistently deliver against revenue, growth, and performance targets.
- You excel at building strong client relationships at both operational and executive levels.
- You can effectively manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- You bring strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- You are self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑driven.
- You consistently present yourself with professionalism and confidence in client‑facing settings.
The base salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $80,000 - $100,000.
Tundra fosters a pay-for-performance culture and offers competitive compensation packages. In addition to our base salaries, we offer Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, and Associate Option Plans where applicable.
