CBRE is a leading property development and infrastructure advisory firm. We specialize in the strategic planning and successful delivery of major infrastructure projects across diverse sectors. We're seeking a highly skilled Finance & Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Opportunity
- You will be required to manage invoicing, budgets, financial reports, financial forecasts, and revenue plans
- You will be required to undertake contract reviews, manage conflict of interest, and assist the team with legal approval on contracts
- Assist in managing the integration of a new resourcing tool for the Development & Infrastructure team
- You will be required to assist, the National Senior Operations manager and National Director with other items as required

About You
- A background in bookkeeping or accounting, commerce, economics, or business
- Drive, energy, and a personable nature
- A motivated self-starter with initiative,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skills in all Microsoft software packages and high attention to detail
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable role
- An ability to work in the office with flexible hours that meet team requirements
- Demonstrated ability to meet crucial deadlines and work under pressure.
- Will consider part time for the right candidate.
