About The Role
You will be responsible for supporting and executing operational initiatives that enhance Driva’s day-to-day capabilities and efficiency. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of our end-to-end processes and play an active role in maintaining, improving, and supporting operational workflows across the business.
This role is highly multi-functional and suited to someone who enjoys working across systems, data, reporting, and operational processes. You will work closely with Product and Operations teams to support the implementation of new processes, tools, and improvements that enable teams to operate effectively.
What You’ll Do
Organisational Analysis & Process Optimisation
Analyse end-to-end operational workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Evaluate current practices and contribute recommendations to enhance organisational effectiveness, scalability, and customer experience
Data Analysis & Operational Insights
Develop, maintain, and interpret operational reports and dashboards across systems (e.g. Salesforce, SQL, Domo, Excel) to monitor key performance metrics such as cost to serve, funnel conversion, turnaround times, and SLA adherence. Analyse trends and provide insights to support business decision-making and performance improvement.
Systems & Workflow Improvement
Assess and optimise internal systems and workflow configurations to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes. Contribute to the enhancement and integration of tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Twilio, Zapier, Make.com, and n8n to support streamlined operations.
Business Process Improvement Initiatives
Identify and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement through data analysis and operational observation. Support the design and implementation of process enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce friction, and strengthen overall business performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Advisory
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Team Leads to provide input on process improvements, system enhancements, and operational initiatives. Facilitate alignment across teams to support the effective implementation of changes and business initiatives.
Stakeholder Coordination
Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners (including lenders) to support and improve operational workflows, ensuring effective coordination and consistent service delivery across the organisation.
Documentation & Operational Governance
Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and training materials to support consistency, knowledge sharing, and operational governance across both onshore and offshore teams.
Operational Support in a Business Improvement Context
Provide operational support to team leads and business units during periods of change, growth, or process transformation, ensuring initiatives are effectively implemented and embedded within the organisation.
What you'll bring
- Prior experience (at least 2 years) in business operations or strategy for a scaleup or high-growth company
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics or Business preferred
- Problem-solving skills, being able to operate with ambiguity and synthesise complex information
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to effectively collaborate with key internal stakeholders
- Prior experience in optimising sales functions preferred
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities
- Experience using Salesforce, Domo and G-Suite ideal
- Strong analytical ability - preferably highly excel proficient, SQL, and similar
