About the Role
Sitmatic is seeking a Customer Solutions & Sales Operations Specialist to Serve as a trusted product and solutions expert, guiding customers and supporting sales teams to deliver the right seating solutions from first inquiry through final delivery.
This role requires someone who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling technical product questions.
Key Responsibilities
A. Customer & Product Solutions
· Primary contact for inquiries (product, fabric options, pricing, policies)
· Quote custom embroidery and embossing requests (size, placement, QC coordination)
· Recommend solutions based on customer needs and measurements to ensure properly fit – especially in specialized applications.
· Troubleshoot product use and warranty issues
· Support showroom and consultative interactions
B. Sales Support & Account Coordination
· Join sales calls as product and process expert
· Support pricing, contracts, and large accounts
· Maintain punch-out catalogs
· Act as internal resource for sales team
C. Sales Operations & Order Excellence
· Support contract platforms (GSA, Omnia, Vizient, etc.)
· Resolve order issues and escalations
· Ensure smooth order flow and senior level customer communication
Experience & Qualifications
· 5+ years in customer service, sales support, or account management
· Ability to translate technical product details into clear customer recommendations
· Experience supporting complex or customized products
· Confidence handling escalations with professionalism and sound judgment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Highly organized with strong follow-through
· Experience in manufacturing, furniture, healthcare, or B2B preferred
· CRM / ERP experience (NetSuite a plus)
