A PE backed education company with a global footprint. Having recently undergone some senior changes within the organisation the business is looking to hire an interim Group CFO to take them through an important cycle.
The Role
Reporting directly into the Group CEO and as part of the board, you will be responsible for the financial strategy for the group, looking at value creation with both the PE fund and the board. As a highly acquisitive business you will provide leadership across M&A and integration, building a world class global finance function and oversee operational excellence across the group
The Successful Candidate
You will have a proven track record of operating at board level for a global, multi-site company ideally within a PE backed environment. There is a highly likelihood that global travel will be expected on a regular basis.
