Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, the CFO will lead all financial functions, including planning, forecasting, capital strategy, and operational finance, while playing a key role in driving growth, M&A activity, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Drive growth strategies, capital structure, and fundraising initiatives
- Oversee accounting, payroll, revenue cycle, tax, and audit processes
- Lead and execute M&A activities and investment analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Partner with private equity stakeholders and manage investor relationships
- Deliver financial insights, reporting, and presentations to leadership, board, and external partners
- Build and lead high-performing finance teams and improve systems and processes
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA Required)
- 8–10+ years of financial leadership experience
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, operations, and stakeholder management
- Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel (25–50%) as needed
